Refund policy
All orders are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged from USPS or ULC, please email us within 14 days of delivery at upperleftcustoms@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution of offering a replacement of the original item ordered. Replacements available only for items that are defective from USPS or ULC. Customer is always responsible for the cost of shipping for replacements.
