Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 10-15 business days (excluding shop weekends and holidays) to process your order. Expect an email within that time frame to let you know your order is on the way! When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders generally arrive once shipped within 5-8 business days (excluding weekends, holidays & other high traffic times) using USPS. A flat rate shipping fee of $5 for smaller items such as Decals, Stickers, Patches, Pins, Buttons, ETC and of $10 for larger items such as 48” Windshield Banners and Dash Landscapes applies to all orders shipping to USA. We do not ship outside of the USA at this time.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All orders are final. We do not accept any returns, refunds or exchanges.
In the event that your order arrives damaged from USPS or ULC, please email us within 14 days of delivery at upperleftcustoms@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution of offering a replacement of the original item ordered. Replacements available only for items that are defective from USPS or ULC. Customer is always responsible for the cost of shipping for replacements.
